Choose the Correct Office
For an adult county-jail discharge, start with the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center, 14209 US-177, Shawnee, OK 74804, at 405-273-0043. The Pottawatomie County Sheriff is at 14101 Acme Road, Shawnee, OK 74804, and can be reached at 405-275-2526. Sheriff administration is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The official electronic records form is available through the Sheriff's Request for Records. These routes serve different needs:

- For a date-bounded county inquiry, use the 24-hour release workflow. PCPSC does not publish a verified recent-release feed.

- For a particular institution, use the facility pages in the footer. Juvenile facilities require an authorized route rather than an adult public search.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, ODOC's central office is at 4345 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73111-4298, 405-425-2500, and its offender lookup is the public starting point.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP Inmate Locator or the ICE detainee locator. ICE's information line is 1-888-351-4024, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays.
